I thought of a capsule wardrobe as an experiment. If I hated it, I could go back to my old ways (Spoiler: I loved it and I never looked back!).

I’m excited to talk about capsule wardrobes because it was basically the catalyst that catapulted me into the “minimalish” lifestyle.

It’s about having what I need and what gives me joy, but also being more content and letting go of that endless desire for more.
